Appearance[]
Kaioken Master is on top of a rocky cliff by the Kaio Students. He wears a dark blue uniform, with his hair color a lighter shade of blue than his uniform. He has a lighter blue aura around him, or in other words, the Blue Kaioken (not an attainable form to the player and the Blue Kaioken is completely made up by Pengo).

Kaioken Master will reward the player with 28,500 all stats and 2,500 Zeni.
